No. We bring all the cleaning products and equipment needed for your appointment. We use eco-friendly products wherever possible, with everything included as part of your Care Plan.

No. You’re welcome to be home, or you can arrange access for your cleaner using a key or key safe. We’ll agree the access arrangements with you before your first appointment.

We aim to provide the same cleaner for your regular appointments wherever possible. If your usual cleaner is unavailable, we’ll arrange suitable cover so your service can continue.

If your home requires more than a regular maintenance clean, we’ll let you know before your Care Plan begins. An initial clean or deep clean may be required first, followed by your regular Care Plan appointments.

Yes. If your needs change, you can speak to us about moving to a different Care Plan or changing the frequency of your appointments.

We understand that plans change. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to move or cancel an appointment.

Let us know in advance if you’ll be away and won’t require your usual appointment. Any changes will be handled in line with your Care Plan terms.

Our Residential Care Plans are designed for ongoing home cleaning rather than one-off appointments. Initial or deep cleans are available where required before starting a Care Plan.

We invoice monthly by email, with payment made by bank transfer. For convenience, you can set up a standing order so your regular payments are taken care of automatically.
