  • We aim to provide the same cleaner for your regular appointments wherever possible. If your usual cleaner is unavailable, we’ll arrange suitable cover so your service can continue.

  • Yes. Your cleaning schedule can be arranged around your operating hours, including early mornings or evenings where available.

  • Services can be scheduled according to the needs of your business, from regular weekly cleaning to more frequent visits throughout the working week.

  • Yes. Businesses change, and your cleaning service can be reviewed if your premises, operating hours or requirements change.

  • Our Residential Care Plans are designed for ongoing home cleaning rather than one-off appointments. Initial or deep cleans are available where required before starting a Care Plan.

  • We invoice monthly by email, with payment made by bank transfer. For convenience, you can set up a standing order so your regular payments are taken care of automatically.
